✅ 30-Day Window: From delivery date
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
Opened/installed devices (for legal compliance)
Software licenses or digital guides
Custom-configured units

Unopened product photos/video
Ship Back
Use provided shipping label (customer pays return shipping)
Insure package for full value
Inspection
5 business day review period
We test all returned devices
💸 Refund Details
Approved Returns: 100% refund (minus shipping) via original payment method
Defective Units: Free replacement + return shipping refund
Processing Time: 3-5 business days after inspection
⚠️ Important:
No refunds after device installation (due to legal restrictions)
Chargebacks will result in legal action for policy violation
⚖️ Legal Limitations
Due to the nature of our products:
🔒 All sales final if:
Installation attempted (even if unsuccessful)
Product used for >48 hours
Buyer can’t provide original payment verification
We reserve the right to blacklist fraudulent return attempts.
