Delivery Policy

  • Origin: All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

  • International Orders: Shipped via DHL Express or UPS. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout, but not guaranteed.

  • Customs & Import Duties:

    • The Seller provides all required commercial paperwork.

    • Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.

    • The Seller is not responsible for delays, fees, or returns caused by customs.

  • UK Orders: Delivered by Royal Mail First Class Signed For (free) or DHL Express (paid). DHL collections occur once daily; same-day collection cannot be guaranteed.


Refund and Return Policy

  • 14-Day Money Back Guarantee: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be in undamaged and unopened condition with original packaging.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mileage Blockers, Gearbox Blockers, and diagnostic tools

  • Opened or installed devices (due to legal restrictions)

  • Software licenses or digital guides

  • Custom-configured products

Refunds

  • Approved Returns: Refunds issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • Deductions: A 3% cancellation fee (administration + payment processing) will apply.

  • Defective Units: Eligible for free replacement and refund of return shipping costs.

Hardware and Software Warranties

  • Warranty: All purchases include a 12-month warranty.

  • Shipping/Customs: Buyer is responsible for all shipping and customs costs on warranty claims.

  • Software Compatibility: Our software is updated regularly but may not support every vehicle variant immediately. Operation dates may be listed as year, date range, or open-ended.

Legal Limitations

  • All sales are final if:

    • Device installation is attempted (successful or not)

    • Product is used for more than 48 hours

    • Buyer cannot provide original payment verification

Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may result in legal action. Fraudulent return attempts may result in blacklisting.
